About us

The Jonibach sport centre was opened 2005 by Mr Johan Buitendach. The company operates mainly in the non profit sector and is mostly dependent of external funding. During the week the centre provides sporting opportunities for less fortunate children who otherwise would not be able to afford it, the centre was opened with the idea to give the children a place to go after school and engage in healthy recreational activities rather than spending their afternoons in the streets.

The centre has the capacity to host a large variety of sports and functions ranging from sport events such as gymnastics and archery, volleyball, badminton, billiards and table tennis. In addition to sporting events, the centre can also be used to host entertainment events such as concerts and inspirational events such as motivational conferences.

The Jonibach hall can take up to 1500 pax seated.

The company currently employs care givers who strive to provide the children in their care with a brighter outlook for the future

Catering

The centre is capable of catering for large scale events with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a dedicated group of kitchen staff who believes that there are no shortcuts when it comes to preparing excellent meals for any occasion.

Sound and Visual

The centre also has its own fully equipped stage for musical events and conferences as well projectors and screens for visual aid.
